1. Who we are

Best Cleaning Leads is a business-to-business lead generation service operated by Vessa AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We provide done-for-you commercial outreach for pressure washing, janitorial, and related cleaning companies.

This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to this website and to the outreach we perform on behalf of our clients.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you book a call, email us, or otherwise get in touch, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, and anything you tell us about your company. Bookings are handled through a third-party scheduling provider (see section 6).

Business contact information we collect for outreach

To perform our service, we compile business contact information for commercial decision-makers such as property managers, facilities directors, and building owners. This is business contact information used for business purposes, obtained from publicly available sources, company websites, professional directories, and licensed data providers. We do not knowingly collect consumer or household data for outreach.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server and security log data, which may include IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is used to keep the site available and secure.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website, and we do not ask for or store government identifiers, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal categories such as health, biometric, or precise geolocation data.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and schedule and hold calls with prospective clients
• To deliver our service — building target lists, sending outreach, and forwarding interested replies to the client it was performed for
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve this website
• To keep records of opt-out and suppression requests, so they are honoured going forward
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims

We do not use the information we collect to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

4. Our outreach practices and how to opt out

We send commercial email to business addresses on behalf of our clients. We operate in line with the US CAN-SPAM Act, which means:

• Our messages identify the sender and the business on whose behalf they are sent
• Subject lines and header information are accurate and not deceptive
• Every message includes a working way to opt out
• A valid physical postal address is included
• Opt-out requests are honoured promptly and permanently

If you received a message from us and want to know where your business contact information came from, ask and we will tell you.

5. Information handled for clients

When we run campaigns for a client, we act as a service provider processing information on that client's behalf and under their instructions. Replies and prospect details generated by a campaign are forwarded to that client, who then becomes responsible for how they use that information under their own privacy practices.

We do not resell leads. A prospect generated for one client is not passed to another, and we do not run competing campaigns for two cleaning companies in the same service area.

6. Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party providers to run this website and our service. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it handles:

• Calendly — call scheduling. Information you enter when booking is processed by Calendly. See Calendly's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — typography. Fonts are requested from Google's servers, which may expose your IP address to Google. See Google's privacy policy.
• Email and outreach infrastructure — email sending and inbox providers used to deliver and manage campaign messages.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from this site.

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Third-party components — most notably the embedded scheduling widget — may set cookies necessary for them to function. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may prevent the scheduler from working.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common standard for how they should be interpreted.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose information only in these circumstances:

• To service providers who help us operate, under contract and only for that purpose
• To the client a campaign was run for, where a prospect has replied with interest
• For legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
• In a business transfer — if the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction

9. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry and client records are generally kept for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

Opt-out and suppression records are kept indefinitely by design — that is the only way to guarantee a removal request continues to be honoured.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request that it be corrected or deleted
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 14. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity or your connection to the information before acting on a request.

Residents of California, and of other states with comparable privacy laws, have these rights under those laws. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's privacy

This is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
